Work with me
FMV reviews projects in public. Through Encanta Digital, I do the other half of the job in private: positioning, narrative, and go-to-market for crypto and web3 teams that want the diagnosis before the market delivers it for them.
Most projects fail the first question FMV asks: what is being claimed? We fix the claim (who you are for, why now, and why anyone should believe you) before a single channel gets touched.
Launch week is a liquidity test, not a victory lap. Sequencing, messaging, incentive design, and the conversion architecture that turns attention into users who stay.
Funnels, lifecycle, and the unglamorous work of making the numbers move after the announcement effect wears off. Built for teams measured on retention, not impressions.

You have read the reviews, so you already know how I think: claim first, evidence second, incentives in plain view. Naeem Shabir has worked in web3 growth since 2017 across gaming, DePIN, L1/L2 infrastructure, and fintech, in the room for the positioning calls that the reviews later grade in public. Working together means getting that judgment before launch, not after.

01
One email. What you are building, where it is stuck, and what you have tried. No deck required.
02
If it looks like a fit, we get on a call and I tell you what I actually see: the same lens the reviews use, pointed at your project, in private.
03
Scoped work runs through Encanta Digital: sprints for positioning and launch, retained for growth. Clear deliverables, no surprises.
The firewall
Working with Encanta does not buy coverage on FunnyMoneyVerse, and it never will. If a client relationship is relevant to something FMV publishes, it gets disclosed in the piece. The editorial standard is the product; renting it out would make it worthless to both of us.
One email is enough to find out whether this is a fit. Worst case, you get a straight answer for free.
